As part of our ongoing improvements, we are retiring the old investor updates and transitioning to a new system. To make sure you're well-prepared, here's everything you need to know about the upcoming changes and what actions you should take.


What’s Changing?

We’re introducing a new tool for creating Investor Updates! The old investor updates will soon become read-only and available only as PDFs. After the transition, you will no longer be able to edit or send updates using the old system. Old links will redirect to PDFs.


Key Dates and Timeline

The release is happening on the 7th of November at 3am PST

1. Three Days Before Go-Live:

Starting three days before the official transition, you will no longer be able to send or edit old investor reports. Any updates or reports must be finalized before this cutoff.

2. Go-Live Date:

On the go-live date, we will automatically generate PDFs of all your old reports. These will be stored in your account for easy access and download.

3. One Month Post-Release:

For one month after the release, the links to your old investor reports will still function. During this period, you will be able to publish or unpublish the old reports, but no further edits or updates can be made.

Any links you’ve shared in the past will still be active. They will now redirect to the PDF version of the report. The legacy reports will no longer gather statistics, but the old statistics will still be available to view in the app.
